Wesley Davis arrested for kidnapping, false imprisonment and related charges

Wesley Scott Davis was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 207 (a) kidnapping, PC 273.6 (a) violation of a protective order, PC 236 false imprisonment and PC 591.5 damaging communication device to get help.
