Rory Kalin files another lawsuit alleging religious, racial and disability discrimination

On October 26, in my coverage of Rory Kalin's case against Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis, I reported on a companion case filed.

This new case against the County of Humboldt, Public Defender's Office, Judge Elvine-Kreis, Public Defender Marek Reavis, Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield and Does 1-50. 

Religious, racial and disability discrimination are just some of the claims in Kalin's lawsuit. 

I have watched  both Mr. Kalin and Ms. Rosemary Deck in court. I have written about Ms. Deck's wins in court.  I have no idea of what was said at the Public Defender's office but there is no comparison between Ms. Deck and Kalin as attorneys. I can believe her being a part of the Dream Team. Kalin does like attention and promoting himself. 

Judge Elvine-Kreis' attorney for the other case is Mr. Patrik Griego. Kalin's attorney is Jonathan Hornberger.

To say I have been busy is an understatement. I am only going to post excerpts of the document. I will add more information later or in future coverage. The other media will probably follow up on this as they regularly do on my exclusives and many posts.
