A Maricopa Superior Court Judge Daniel Kiley denied a request by attorneys representing Donald J. Trump for President, the Republican National Committee, and the Arizona Republican Party to seal evidence in a lawsuit alleging poll workers in Maricopa County "incorrectly rejected" Election Day votes.
Attorneys for the Maricopa County, the Arizona Secretary of State's Office and the Arizona Democrats said that the public “has a right to know how flimsy [the] Plaintiffs’ evidence actually is ” and from his ruling, it looks like Judge Kiley agrees.
The attorneys for the Maricopa County, the Arizona Secretary of State's Office and the Arizona Democrats argued 180 votes is small number and “is not going to make one iota of difference” and “there is no possibility of systematic failure.”
