26 year-old Javien Michael Dawson was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
DC police said Dawson threw a firework towards several people. Videos on Twitter show that the firework exploded near a group of Trump supporters eating at a restaurant. Including Dawson, 21 arrests were made yesterday. Charges included property destruction, assault and firearms.
