The Judge ruled PA Secretary of State exceeded her authority by extending the November 9 deadline for PA absentee and mail in voters unable to confirm their identification and extending it by three days. These ballots had been segregated and had not been counted. The ballots are from November 10 to 12 and are a small number and will not affect the state's election results.
