Murder suspect Ryan Tanner's preliminary hearing resumed on November 23, continued on November 24 and is still going on today.
Christopher Champagne testified today about"weed missing" and this was specifically around the time Jason Garrett was murdered. Champagne said it belonged to Mike McHenry and Summer Wilson.
Rest of the preliminary hearing will tentatively resume on December 14.
