Rob Christensen had a special set intervention on November 16. On November 17, he had 10 cases on the calendar. Today, he waived his preliminary hearing, entered a plea to resolve his cases. Judge Kaleb Cockrum accepted his plea.
Christensen entered a plea to two misdemeanors and there is a deferred entry of judgement. Christensen has to "successfully complete a two year probationary period with Crossroads and stay away from the victims," said Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada said the recovery program could be CrossRoads or Waterfront.
Sentencing is scheduled on November 30 in front of Judge Lawrence Killoran. Christensen waived his right to a preliminary hearing and for sentencing.
