Convicted sex offender fails to register, multiple parole violations, drug charges and he keeps being released from jail

 

Randy Knopf was arrested by EPD's Officer Brian Ross and booked for PC1203.2(a) probation violation, HS11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register as a sex offender PC290.011(a).

Another frequent offender out on the streets due to the failure of the local Judges to send him to prison and enabling of California laws.
