Courts remain closed to the public but jury trials to continue under purple tier

The Court has continually been working with the Public Health Officer to review modified operation protocols necessitated by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

 Today, November 30, 2020, a review was conducted by Public Health which validated that the Court can safely operate within the Purple Tier restrictions to include Jury Trials. 

Remote video and phone appearances will continue to occur.  The Court’s Second Floor continues to be closed to the public.  Court participants should contact their attorney prior to any scheduled hearing.  

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO COURT UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO DO SO, and DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE SICK.
