The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled 5-2 against the Trump campaign today overturning a lower court decision that Trump campaign observers be allowed within six feet of tables where ballots were being tallied.
The Trump lawsuit had alleged that its representatives had been unlawfully deprived of an adequate opportunity to watch the vote count in Philadelphia.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Trump campaign observers in Philadelphia were given sufficient access under state law to view the proceedings and that the Philadelphia Board of Elections complied with requirements for observer access from the moment the first votes were counted.
