Convicted molestor Mark Dare is scheduled to be sentenced on November 19. He faces life in prison.
I expected Public Defender Marek Reavis to file something because delay tactics and denial have been the defense strategy from the beginning.
Motion for new trial filed was filed by the defense o and is scheduled to be heard on November 19.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case.
