There was a hearing on the 995 motion for alleged rapist Darius Upshaw this morning. It was continued to November 19.
Judge Lawrence Killoran had heard "parts of the motion" so Judge Timothy Canning rescheduled the case to be heard by Judge Killoran.
Mr. Russ Clanton is Upshaw's attorney. Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared in court today for Mr. Clanton. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
