Trial setting for Samantha Luna was scheduled this morning. Luna's attorney asked dates be set in April because he heard Dr. Fauci say there will be a vaccine by April.
Luna's attorney is William Panzer. Deputy District Attorney Amanda Sardis appeared for the People.
Trial confirmation is April 15; jury trial on April 26.
