Preliminary hearing for kidnapping and domestic violence suspect Chong Her scheduled yesterday was vacated because no interpreters were available.
Motion to amend the information and setting of preliminary hearing is scheduled on December 10. No attorney will be needed that day since Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian "will appear 977."
Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is the prosecutor for this case.
