Jeff Tsarnas' jury trial continued until January. Just confirmed with District Attorney Maggie Fleming. There were pre trial motions and jury selection had started.
Oral motion to continue was requested by Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees. Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke objected. It was granted by Judge Kelly Neel.
Trial confirmation is December 14; jury trial January 4.
