Trial confirmation was scheduled for Sean Allman on November 18. Jury trial for December 7 was vacated after defense motion to continue was granted. People did not object to the continuance.
Trial setting is on January 26.
Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney.
