Preliminary hearing for alleged molestor Patrick Marshall was scheduled on November 10. Marshall is out of custody, time has been waived so the Court continued the hearing. The reason lack of courtrooms.
No date was stated on record. Live stream went off. I tried to check a few times if the case was recalled. Will add date later, if one has been scheduled. Time estimate is two hours.
Defense offer is to plead to Count 1.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Marshall's attorney.
Marshall is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse in violation of PC 261.5 (d), one count of distributing or showing pornography to a minor in violation of PC 288.2 (a) (2) and two violations of PC 288 (c) (1).
