Pro Trump group sued by donor for failure on voter fraud effort

Fred Eshelman, founder of Eshelman Ventures LLC, wants the money that he donated to True the Vote, Inc  returned. He has filed a lawsuit in Hoston federal court.

Eshelman donated $2.5 million to the pro Trump group to investigate voter fraud in the 2020 election. Instead,  True the Vote, Inc. dropped withdre lawsuits filed. When Eshelman asked for updates, he got "vague responses, platitudes, and empty promises."
