Preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson delayed due to defense motion

Preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson is now expected to start closer to 10:30 a.m. MST. The judge is dealing with a motion filed by the defense in a closed hearing before the preliminary hearing.

I am covering multiple hearings in different states so photos & updates will be added asap. There is a livestream and Utah media do an excellent job of updating from the courtroom.

10:32: Once again defense in Tyler Robinson defense lost and procedural objections to media acccess was overruled. Judge Graf is still issuing his ruling.Public access to legal argument prevailed. Jury selection and safeguards were mentioned by Utah Fourth District Judge Tony Graf.

Once closing arguments have concluded, Judge Graf will issue his ruling.
