I am covering several cases involving Mercer Fraser. This is an update on the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection lawsuit against Mercer Fraser,Goat Rock Ranch and Chalk Mountain Ranch.
On September 10, Humboldt Superior Court Assistant Presiding Judge Timothy Canning denied the preliminary injunction by California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

I have included the ruling. There is a related case in which Mercer Fraser and Goat Rock Ranch are suing Chalk Mountain Ranch which is referred in Judge Canning's ruling.
