Kurt Hayes Wangler was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday evening for PC 243.2 (a) and PC 243 (b).
Both are misdemeanors. EPD Officer Heinrich Soltow was the arresting officer.
I have contacted EPD to see if they can release any information.
California Penal Code Section 243.2(a) is battery on school property, public park property, or the grounds of a public or private hospital against any person.
California Penal Code 243(b) PC is battery against a peace officer or other protected public safety professionals while they are performing their official duties.
