Jurors started deliberations on 9/3 and found Thomas Stokes guilty on all charges on 9/4 in his assault, battery and vandalism misdemeanor case.
Deputy DA Dave Watson was the prosecutor. Stokes was represented by Ken Bareilles. Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran presided over the trial.
Between the holiday weekend and other reasons, the clerk will have minutes done today and I will add a few more details.
