Destinee Rhamy's first jury trial ended with the jury being hopelessly deadlocked. I have been reporting on her retrial which had been delayed because DNA samples were sent to a private lab. This morning Rhany's retrial was assigned again to Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran who presided over the first trial. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Rhamy's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor.
