Case dismissed against Enrique Salinas Martinez today by the DA. This outcome isn't a surprise.
The DA filed the complaint 6/16/14.The declaration for the arrest warrant was filed 6/19/14. It was filed by the HCSO on 8/31/26 after my post. 12 years later, it wasn't even HCSO but Eureka Police Department who made the arrest.
