Ward Johnson arrested for attempted murder, false imprisonment and forcible oral copulation

 

Ward Allen Johnson was arrested by Eureka Police Department at 6:12 for several charges: PC 664/187(a) attempted murder, PC 236 false imprisonment, BP 25658(a) selling or giving alcohol to a minor, HS 11350(a) possession of a controlled substance, HS 11364(a) possession of drug paraphernalia, HS 11364(a), PC 148.9(a) giving false ID to an officer, PC 273.5(a) domestic violence and  PC 287(c)(2)(a ) forcible oral copulation. You see two bookings because Johnson was initially refused by medical. Some are new charges, some Ramey warrant and others bench warrant.
