Three years later, finally today sex offender Root Birimisa sentenced

 

I have covered convicted sex offender Root Birimisa regularly for three years. I have been the only one who has reported on his case for months. 

In August, I reported on his plea with details. Today, he was finally sentenced by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum.
