Joseph Nmn Nix was arrested by HCSO yesterday on a Ramey Warrant for PC 236 false imprisonment, PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon or with force likely to produce great bodily injury and PC 273.5(a) domestic violence.
He has 15 cases listed in Humboldt Superior Court with a previous 2026 case still open for resisting a peace officer and was released on OR by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran at arraignment requested by the Public Defendet's Office who is representing him. Nix committed these alleged crimes while he was out of custody.
