Eric Marshall was arraigned today in his robbery case filed by the DA on 3/19/26. His co-defendant in the March 2026 case is Tyler Colegrove. This case is before his arrest for murder. He was also arraigned on the murder case. Marshall is charged with one count of murder and two special allegations for Count 1. Eric Marshall used a handgun Public Defender's office appointed. Eric Marshall is on a no bail status. Preliminary hearing in murder case is on 10/14.
