Brian Keith Baldwin was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday on a warrant for PC 261(a)(2) forcible rape.
Last year, Baldwin was released from custody since the Humboldt County DA did not file charges after EPD arrested him for forcible rape.
When I did the July 1, 2025 post, Baldwin has 34 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court majority of them criminal.
