There are two Gordon Briggs, one is Jr. EPD press release does not state which but based on the age and the bench warrant issued for Gordon Dale Briggs, Jr in a 2026 case on 7/28/26, likelihood is it is Jr. who is a convicted felon.
EPD Press Release:
On August 24, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., a Eureka Police Department (EPD) officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle associated with Gordon Briggs, 46, of Eureka, who was known to have an outstanding felony warrant. Briggs failed to yield to the traffic stop and fled from the area.
