The City of Rio Dell is very fortunate to have Rio Dell Police Chief Joshua Phinney and Rio Dell Fire Department Chief Ryan Heussler. Both provided me prompt, transparent and well written responses to the arrest of Jeremy Beauchaine which I added to the post I did earlier this morning.
