Ocean Alexander Del Castillo aka Kevin Magnatta was arrested by HCSO yesterday in an arrest warrant issued in a 2026 case for PC 192(c)(1) vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and VC 21651(c) driving on the wrong side of the highway that results in bodily injury or death.
The Humboldt County District Attorney filed a complaint on 8/7/26. There is no arraignment date scheduled or showing in the Humboldt court sytem.
