Fourth continuance for trial setting for. Christopher Diven. This request by defense to 8/19 to 9/16. Usually, I do not do new posts anymore for continuances but Diven has certainly family members who are out of the area, very respectful and appreciative of my work. Law enforcement also rely on updates from me on court cases while they are are busy protecting the community.
