Seamus Clancy's sentencing is scheduled for 8/13. Bikers Against Abuse present at sentencing. Scheduled on the 8:30 calendar it was still going on at 10:10.
The July 20, 2026 post has details on the stipulated plea in the sex offense case. Restitution hearing in this case is on 9/17.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the sex offense case. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Clancy's attorney. Clancy was also sentenced in his 2026 DUI case.
