I have been adding updates to the Sunsine Massage owner Rongqiu Li and his co-defendant Xiao Wang's February 6,2025 case since there have been many continuances and minor updates.
The booking photos were issued before the Ninth Circuit ruling. This is a 2023 case.
Today, both failure to appear again. This time for sentencing. A bench warrant was issued and held until 11/9. If they show up, they are supposed to be sentenced.
No one has followed the court case after the initial headlines.
