I previously reported last month that on the second day of his jury trial Tory Mamea took a plea. Mamea pleaded guilty to attempted murder and both special allegations. Mamea pleaded guilty as charged except the People agreed to strike premeditation. The stipulated term was 13 years in prison but with a waiver of custody credits. Mamea was sentenced today.
