Since my original post, Ronald Maloney's photo has mysteriously disappeared from his profile. This is how it looks when I checked again on today.
I first reported on former IT manager Ronald Maloney lawsuit against MediaNews Group, Inc (Times-Standard) for wrongful termination.
On 8/1, Mihalyo's attorney was a no show in court.
On 9/12, there is Order to Show Case hearing for failure to appear by Jared Walder. A CMC is scheduled for 10/31.
