Murder suspect Ryan Tanner had trial confirmation scheduled for June 14. Whether jury trial for June 28 will proceed will be determined at trial assignment.
Defense motion to continued was apparently filed but it was not in the Court's file and the People did not have a copy either. The People intend to file an opposition.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Tanner's attorney.
Mr. Clanton wanted to put on record that he had received discocery regarding technical issues on DNA and have contacted defense experts.
