Waterfront explosion suspect Darin Vitolo had one case on for jury trial. It was scheduled for further assignment on June 28. On June 29, judicial intervention was scheduled with Judge Lawrence Killoran. He has four other cases.
Closing arguments are still going on in the Brandon Watson case and so depending on what happens, I will update later. Judicial intervention was held. Resolution was discussed. Jury trial starts 6/30/21.

Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor for the trial. Deputy Public Defender David Celli is Vitolo's attorney.
