Review hearing for Kimberly Felder was scheduled on July 6. Next court date August 6. Next court date September 10,2020.
On September 10, 2020, a review hearing was scheduled to allow her attorney,
Public Defender Marek Reavis to be present. On October 1, 2020, Mr. Reavis was not present. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin appeared on the case. A six month review was scheduled on February 8, 2021. It was vacated and there is no other date or information in the computer as of 6/30/21.
In October 2018, Felder had been transported to state hospital. In June 2018, Felder was found not guilty by reason of insanity. She pleaded no contest to attempted murder and the special allegation of inflicting great bodily injury. The victim is her daughter.
