Sherae O'Shaughnessy had a hearing scheduled on June 30 to see if she had successfully completed the conditions of her 12 month deferred entry of judgement and plea.
Case was dismissed on motion of the People.
In June 2020, O'Shaughnessy pleaded guilty to battery committed against a spouse.Terms of the plea and DEJ include that O'Shaughnessy continue therapy, obey all laws and there be no assaultive conduct.
Deputy District Attorney Amanda Sardis was present for the People . Deputy Public Defender Jessica Bennett is O'Shaughnessy's attorney.
