Setting of preliminary hearing was scheduled for Richard Haberman on August 31. It was continued to October 21. Then, continued again to February 1, 2021. Finally, a preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 13.
The last continuance was granted for good cause. The reason stated was medical.
Defense was supposed to file a motion for discovery. A motion to compel discovery was withdrawn on August 24, 2020.
7/13: Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward was present for the People. Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Haberman's attorney. Preliminary continued again to 2/17/22.
2/17: 2/17 Preliminary hearing continued by stipulation to 5/5.
