I reported that yesterday resolution was discussed during judicial intervention. This morning when jury trial was supposed to start, the case resolved.
The first time this resulted in a mistrial. Looks like rejecting the People's offer worked out well for Darin Vitolo.
And this resolution from the attorney Vitolo did not listen to and requested a Marsden hearing for; then withdrew his request.
