Second no appearance, no POS for a restraining order request

Once again, Thomass Blacquelourde was a no show in court. He is the respondent in a civil  harassment petition for a restraining order by Gail Samuelson who was also not present.

No appearances, no temporary orders and no proof of service. Judge Kelly Neel dismissed the case without prejudice, "in case the individual had a problem logging on."

This is the second no appearance, no proof of service for a civil restraining order this week.

Are people not filing paperwork or is it not getting filed?
