In April, I had reported that former Humboldt County Correctional Deputy and convicted molestor Cory Fisher had filed an appeal.
Today, the case was "argued and submitted" by Christen Somerville from the California Attorney General's office for the People and and Solomon Wollack from the First District Apellate Project for Fisher.
