Gibson had two cases and is represented by both Mr. Russ Clanton and Mr. Owen Tipps. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.

Judge Lawrence Killoran sentenced Gibson to 7 years in prison which was the plea agreement. I am adding details of the plea in between other court coverage this morning.
