Jesse Smith sent me this photo and message at 10:36 a.m. "Bad accident Buhne and I."
EPD and Humboldt Bay Fire was on scene. "I was riding my bike and saw this," said Smith. Ambulance was showing up as I took the picture." He doesn't have any other details.
I have some initial information from EPD. No DUI or other arrests. At least one injury. If EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell sends me any more information, I will add it to the post.
