Just saw one EPD patrol vehicle turn from 4th and T and go down the alley behind the former Chinese buffet, former Teen Challenge now Yurok offices/housing and gas station on 4th street in Eureka.
EPD vehicles already there in the alley. According to a reporting party and eye witness who called EPD, there was a domestic situation between a woman going after a guy that started near the buffet, Yurok Housing, spilled over to the apartment complex and the alley.
There is also scanner an hour ago about a physical altercation involving a woman near Third street. The alley is between Third and Fourth street.
EPD Crime Analyst and PIO Brittany Powell told me, "We responded to the report of an altercation between a male a female. Based on statements provided by multiple witnesses, the female was determined to be the dominant aggressor and 18 year old Anna Davis was arrested for battery against a spouse. No injuries were reported from the altercation. "
