Murder suspect Ryan Tanner went from entering a dual plea of not guilty by reason of insanity to another change today. A change of plea is scheduled for Ryan Tanner on July 1.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Tanner's attorney.
