Is the sign outside Advanced Security support or smart marketing?

I did a double take when I saw the colors on a sign on the door of Advanced Security Systems in Eureka. 

Knowing the family and their religious beliefs because I have seen them at church, are the colors smart marketing, a coincidence or genuine support during Pride month?
